2 Corinthians 9:6-7

So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.

God’s people have a heart to serve and a heart to give. We believe that giving comes from the desire to serve.

We do not collect tithes and offerings by “passing the plate” instead we feel that our offerings should be done out of gratefulness for what our Lord has done not out of obligation.

Anyone who feels led to give to Fort Christmas Baptist Church is welcomed to do so through our site using PayPal.  This system enables those who desire to tithe using means other than cash or checks to safely and securely do so.

Giving is an important aspect of the Christian life.  The Apostle Luke records that Jesus said,"It is more blessed to give than to receive" (Acts 20:35).  We encourage all members to pray about giving and give as God leads them.
